They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer satisfaction while working in a fully remote team environment.

- CSS/HTML Experience
- Domain DNS Configuration, including email records like SPF and DMARC
- Basic understanding of webhooks and APIs
- Error troubleshooting through browser tools like the console and network traffic
- If you have real estate or photography industry experience, even better!
- Looking for applicants in Spokane or the surrounding area

- The ability to jump on video conference calls at a moment's notice
