Key Responsibilities
Data Capture & Validation
- Review 40–60 work orders daily, interpret field reports, and update work orders to reflect the most current information.
- Enter, verify, and reconcile invoice data, ensuring that payment details are accurate and aligned with corporate policies.
- Generate and maintain template files, download large datasets, and perform pre‑processing tasks in Microsoft Excel to prepare data for analysis.
- Conduct routine audits of entered data to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and send a weekly progress report to the manager, summarizing closed work orders, pending items, and any notable trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, operations, and customer support—to resolve data‑related queries promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication channels with internal stakeholders, providing updates on data entry status and potential bottlenecks.
Process Improvement
