StretchLab Castro is looking for a confident, high-energy Remote Fitness & Wellness Appointment Setter to help drive studio growth through outbound calls, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and missed sales recovery.

This role focuses on warm leads — people who have already expressed interest in StretchLab through inquiries, intro stretches, or previous visits.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and send texts to warm leads
• Book intro stretch appointments
• Follow up with missed sales and unconverted prospects
• Re-engage inactive or past clients
• Follow up after intro stretch appointments
• Help drive membership sales and studio revenue
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead tracking

Success In This Role Is Measured By
• Appointments booked
• Show rates
• Membership conversions
• Recovery of missed sales opportunities
• Consistent lead follow-up

• Boutique fitness, wellness, or gym environments

Compensation & Perks

Estimated total earnings: $25–$40+ per hour (hourly + performance bonuses based on results)
• Hourly base pay
• Bonuses tied to appointments and membership sales
• Flexible remote work environment

Schedule
• Part-time to start (15–25 hours/week)
• Flexible scheduling available
• West coast peak calling hours required

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
