  • Handle inbound and outbound phone leads with urgency, professionalism, and confidence
  • Qualify homeowners and prospects, uncover motivation, and set high-quality appointments
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily call, contact, and revenue goals
  • Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with acquisitions and leadership to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking

Skills

  • Permanent U.S. residency (required)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • CRM experience and understanding of structured sales processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required)
  • Prior sales training is a strong plus
