They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Concierge Service Provider to promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space, focusing on achieving sales forecasts and building relationships with targeted accounts and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio
- Establishing mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians
- Growing referral volumes in key therapeutic areas for Orsini
- Constant communication with prescriber offices that encourages the development and growth of referral volume
- Collaborating as needed with other Orsini departments to optimize referral volume and create positive customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Consistently meeting/exceeding defined territory sales goals
- Maintaining a professional image for Client and Client Products
- Planning and organizing Territory to meet sales and call targets
- Making sales presentations
- Making complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, Details, call activity, within the approved CRM
- Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
- Participating or coordinating virtual and live lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate
- Having appropriate interaction with co-promotional partners or counterparts
- Ability to collaborate
Skills
- Four-year College Degree required
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
- Advance listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner
- Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
- High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work

- Minimum 1 to 3 years Remote/ Virtual Engagement experience, B2B territory management/account management experience or field sales experience preferred
- Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or MedTech sales experience preferred
- 1-2 years of MedTech Device, Diagnostic, or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva preferred
