[Remote] Insurance Product Management Representative

The role involves monitoring product performance, recommending changes, and providing support to various markets, particularly in relation to Medicare product bid filings and member communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of insurance product offerings for each market and customer need
- Perform varied activities depending on product timelines and perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support assignments
- Monitor insurance product performance and recommend changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
- Support the markets by engaging in Medicare product bid filings, implementing product changes, and member communication
- Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders
- Help in identifying product gaps, recommending product changes, and overseeing the implementation of changes to products
Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of these Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
- Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
- Experience giving detailed focus on the task at hand with the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- Demonstrated sense of urgency as it relates to deliverables and priorities
- Associate degree in business or related field
- Experience with Medicare or Managed Care products
- Auditing experience in any setting
