[Remote] Junior Talent Manager (U.S. Agency Partnerships)

Reilly Talent is an Australian-born agency seeking a Junior Talent Manager to drive outbound outreach efforts in the U.S. This role focuses on building relationships with PR agencies and influencer marketing firms to expand the agency's presence and secure opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Sending 30–50 personalized, strategic touches per day to agency gatekeepers
- Relationship Entry: Securing our spot on 'Active Brief Lists' for major U.S. campaigns
- Brief Triage: Organizing incoming opportunities and preparing the initial pitch for the Founder to close
- Rejection Management: Navigating a high-volume 'no' environment to find the 'yes' that leads to a deal
Skills
- 1–2 years in the game: You've worked at a U.S. agency or in media sales
- You know how the brief-flow works and you aren't afraid of the phone or the inbox
- Organized, persistent, and self-directed: You find satisfaction in the 'outbound' process and don't need your hand held
- Speed-Focused: You know that a brief that sits for 3 hours is a brief someone else won
- Career-Minded: You want to learn the art of the deal from a founder and grow into a senior role as we scale
- U.S. Remote (LA or NYC preferred but not mandatory)
