What You'll Do:
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings related to business litigation matters
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions in civil litigation cases
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage multiple cases and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members and work independently

What We're Looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in litigation.
• Must be admitted to practice law in CA.
• Must reside in CA.
