Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wedding Industry Ads (WIA) is a fast-growing, female-founded advertising agency supporting wedding pros and creative entrepreneurs. The Marketing & Creative Coordinator will be responsible for client reporting, ad creative production, and internal marketing efforts, contributing to the agency's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Pull monthly ad performance data (Meta + Google)
  • Format reports + highlight key insights (training provided)
  • Maintain organized reporting dashboards and internal documentation
  • Design static ads, video editing for reels & social ads, and branded creative assets based on client needs
  • Draft ad copy variations using WIA frameworks
  • Collaborate with our strategists to prepare creative assets for Meta & Google campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across creative deliverables
  • Assist with email marketing (scheduling emails and creating automated workflow sequences in Go High Level platform)
  • Create social media content (IG, FB, LinkedIn), schedule posts, and engage on accounts (training provided)
  • Repurpose videos, reels, and long-form content and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms

  • Availability to work during CST business hours (required)
  • Excellent English communication (required)
  • Based in North America or Latin America (or similar time zones for overlap with CST operating hours)
  • Prior agency experience (not required)
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, reporting dashboards or analytics tools (not required)
