[Remote] Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the organization runs smoothly, supporting process improvement and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and workflows that drive day-to-day success
- Partner closely with teams across the organization to streamline operations, solve problems, and advance key initiatives
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to function well in a high-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, balance shifting priorities, and work efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail, care, and accuracy in completing tasks
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts
- Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of experience working with clients and customers
- At least 1 year of experience with multi-faceted, cross-functional, and highly visible projects
- 1 year of demonstrated experience working with BigTime software or similar timekeeping software preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working within an administrative process at an institution of higher education (Conduct, Title IX, Human Relations, Employee Relations, etc.) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with project platforms, CRM's or other data/case management software preferred
