They are seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to build their own portfolios, earn uncapped commissions, and generate long-term residual income.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect small to mid-sized businesses (restaurants, retail, professional services, etc.)
  • Deliver engaging presentations on Betterpay’s payment, POS, and gateway solutions
  • Lead the full entrepreneurial sales cycle: cold/warm outreach → demo → negotiation → close → onboarding → portfolio growth
  • Build and protect your own book of business — a portfolio of accounts that generates long-term monthly residuals
  • Manage your territory like an entrepreneur: set your strategy, drive your pipeline, and maximize your earnings
  • Collaborate with product specialists, relationship managers, and marketing to maximize client success and new revenue opportunities

Skills

  • 1+ years proven field sales B2B experience (closing deals in the door)
  • Proven track record of developing sales pipelines, generating new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable prospecting, knocking doors / face-to-face sales, cold / warm calling
  • Strong presentation & relationship skills; persuasive, tenacious, self-starter
  • Goal-driven and resilient — you view challenges as opportunities
  • B2B Sales experience
  • Merchant Services Sales experience
  • Experience with POS / payment solutions or SaaS
