Responsibilities

• Drafting Compromise & Release (CNR) agreements
• Subpoenas
• And legal filings
• Preparing medical summaries
• Conducting legal research
• Coordinating case activities with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel

Skills

• Experience with Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation procedures
• Proficiency in WCAIS
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation setting
