As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing operational support to our Prescription department, ensuring seamless and efficient service to our patients. This is a remote opportunity with a 6-week on-site training period in Worcester, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our Prescription department
- Develop proficiencies in utilizing Epic and other relevant systems
- Process prescriptions, manage patient calls, and handle multiple tasks with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with prescribers, payors, and pharmacies to ensure timely and effective prescription fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Current unencumbered Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Massachusetts
- 1+ years of retail Pharmacy Technician experience
- Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
