[Remote] PhD Scientist interested in Digital Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Supreme Optimization is looking to hire a full-time scientist who is highly interested in learning digital marketing. The role involves creating data-driven digital marketing strategies for life science companies, focusing on SEO and PPC initiatives to generate leads and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough keyword research and formulate effective SEO strategies
- Perform user experience (UX) audits and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Develop targeted scientific content strategies tailored to digital audiences
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to inform marketing tactics
- Undertake customer research and create detailed personas
- Manage client accounts by conducting monthly meetings to review campaign performance and addressing client inquiries
- Perform keyword research, target customer research, and create compelling ads
- Upload, optimize, and manage campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
- Collaborate with the design team to develop effective Display Ads
- Build and manage advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Host client meetings to discuss results and plan future strategies
- Conducting keyword research for SEO clients and new Google Ads campaigns
- Writing on-page SEO recommendations to enhance website performance
- Developing and optimizing digital marketing strategies for both new and existing accounts
- Reviewing wireframes and web designs to ensure alignment with SEO and marketing objectives
- Supporting various digital marketing deliverables, including UX Research, Customer Interviews, and more
- Preparing engaging client presentation decks to showcase campaign performance and recommendations
- Uploading new campaigns using Google Ads editor and optimizing existing accounts for Google Ads
- Collaborating with the design team to create compelling Display Ads
- Building and managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter, aligning with client objectives
Skills
- Scientific background with a PhD in a life science field, such as Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cellular Biology, Neuroscience, Microbiology, or Immunology (NOT math, physics, engineering, or astronomy)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong account management abilities, with experience working in the life science sector
