[Remote] Professional Liability Insurance Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AMBA is hiring an Inside Sales Insurance Specialist to support a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities focused on Professional Liability and Cyber Security insurance solutions. The role involves consulting with clients, handling leads, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and web-generated leads
• Make outbound follow-up calls to close sales
• Consult with clients on Professional Liability and Cyber Security coverage
• Pre-qualify prospects and ask underwriting questions
• Cross-sell additional Property & Casualty products
• Overcome objections and guide clients through the buying process
• Document all activity in internal systems
• Ensure compliance with carrier, state, and company guidelines

Skills

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Prior inside sales, call center, or insurance sales experience
• Comfort with both inbound and outbound phone-based sales
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Performance-driven and comfortable working toward goals
• Ability to navigate multiple systems independently
