Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer relationships effectively
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services
- Assist customers with remedies to retain business during peak call volumes
- Utilize gamification tools to track and enhance performance
- Work remotely while receiving all necessary equipment from the employer
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a call center
- Completion of a Culture Index assessment
- Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
- Ability to create a distraction-free workspace at home
- Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role
- Strong customer service soft skills, including empathy
