Responsibilities
- Run 10–20 virtual appointments per week (we teach you how to prospect and build a solid pipeline)
- Guide families and small business owners through solutions like life insurance, retirement planning, college funding, and other long-term financial strategies
- Build genuine relationships and help clients choose options that fit their goals — no proprietary product limitations
- Learn a proven system designed to help new reps ramp quickly and consistently
- Enjoy long-term earning potential through renewals and advancement opportunities
