Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BroadRange Logistics is seeking a motivated, full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. You’ll play a vital role in identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team while driving revenue growth for BroadRange Logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and contact potential tenants through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Qualify leads by understanding clients’ space requirements, budgets, and timelines
  • Accurately log activity, track pipeline, and maintain prospect information in HubSpot CRM
  • Partner closely with leasing managers to hand off qualified opportunities and support closing
  • Stay informed on warehouse market trends, regional supply/demand shifts, and competitor activity
  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead conversion KPIs

Skills

  • 1–3 years of sales development, inside sales, or business development experience (logistics and warehousing experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach daily
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Driven, resilient, and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
