As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for clients’ sales teams while receiving structured training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Execute research-driven outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Identify and engage the right decision-makers at target accounts
- Start meaningful conversations and book qualified meetings
- Follow a structured sales process with clear daily activity goals
- Participate in coaching, call reviews, and skill development
- Track activity and performance using modern sales tools
Skills
- Must be located in Florida - W2 ROLE
- Comfortable starting conversations and making outbound calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Can stay consistent and organized in a metrics-driven role
- Motivated by learning, growth, and performance-based compensation
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
