[Remote] Salesforce Support Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is offering a hands-on Training & Placement Program for individuals interested in becoming Salesforce Support Analysts. The role involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with user management and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Salesforce users, including issue triage and resolution
- Analyze and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, security, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports
- Support user management including profiles, permission sets, roles, and access requests
- Assist with Salesforce enhancements, minor configurations, and change requests
- Work with developers on issue escalation related to Apex, LWC, or integrations
- Maintain and update support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Skills
- Candidates with no prior Salesforce experience but with a background in IT support, CRM systems, business operations, or data analysis
- Fresh graduates, career switchers, or returning professionals interested in starting a Salesforce career
- Strong problem solvers who enjoy troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements
- Individuals comfortable working in Agile or ITIL-based support environments
- Experience with customer service, ticketing tools, or enterprise applications
