[Remote] V101- Billing & Operations Executive Assistant

The Billing & Operations Executive Assistant will support client onboarding, draft legal documents, track billable hours, and assist with payroll and billing coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding processes and manage email communications
- Draft basic legal and administrative documents
- Track billable hours and calculate payments for services rendered
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for the legal team
- Assist with payroll, payment tracking, and coordinate billing
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Legal background is optional but beneficial
- Experience with Clio CRM or similar software
- Good judgment and strong social skills
