Role Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Intern to support our Revenue Operations team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in business operations, systems optimization, data management, and go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will help improve operational efficiency across sales and revenue processes by documenting workflows, supporting data hygiene initiatives, and building reporting that enables better decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to help streamline and scale operations.

The Impact U will make:

Document existing marketing and sales operations processes, workflows, and best practices

Support process optimization initiatives across campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process consistency

Assist with CRM and systems data cleanup, validation, and ongoing hygiene efforts

Support reporting and dashboard creation for go to market performance metrics

Analyze marketing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities

Help maintain process documentation and internal enablement resources

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational initiatives and ad hoc projects

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the go-to-market organization

What U bring: 

Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and datasets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Interest in revenue operations, business systems, sales operations, or process improvement

Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and reporting tools is a plus

Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools is preferred
