How you’ll make an impact in this role
Drive clinical excellence by collaborating with executive leadership to implement quality benchmarks that ensure every patient receives the right care in the right setting.
Empower and develop your team through active mentorship, hiring, and performance coaching, fostering a high-performance culture dedicated to patient advocacy.
Optimize operational health by overseeing daily departmental workflows and budgetary processes to ensure resources are utilized effectively.
Serve as the subject matter expert for utilization criteria and appeal processes, providing the clarity and guidance your staff needs to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
Bridge the gap between care and compliance by aligning medical and nursing leadership with revenue cycle goals to maintain seamless, high-quality patient journeys.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) by date of hire required.
Professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
Work Experience:
Two years of related experience is required.
