Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. /p

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makersbr
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.br
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services br
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely br
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations./p

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:br
• Have an active driver's licensebr
• Be at least 21 years of agebr
• Obtain a DOT medical certificationbr
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment/p

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the positionbr
• A High School diploma, GED or Military Servicebr
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientationbr
