We are currently looking for a SailPoint IIQ Engineer to join KeyData’s Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a hands-on technical expert and trusted advisor, helping customers design and deliver scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will lead application onboarding, integrations, custom development, and IAM implementations while ensuring successful delivery and long-term customer success. Working time zone: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST) 

What You’ll Do:

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions

Install, integrate, and customize IAM solutions within enterprise environments

Develop Java-based customizations, workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations

Build and support integrations with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications

Lead application onboarding activities across OOTB, API-based, custom, and disconnected integrations

Design and implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, and RBAC solutions

Develop integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, XML, and modern web technologies

Engage with application owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications

Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance activities

Conduct demos and walkthroughs of configurations, customizations, and SailPoint OOTB capabilities

Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user documentation

Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve complex IAM challenges

Contribute to delivery best practices, reusable frameworks, and implementation standards

Who We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or enterprise software implementation

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

Strong experience with application onboarding across OOTB, custom, API-based, and disconnected integrations

Strong development experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, and SQL

Experience working with REST APIs, SCIM, XML, HTML, and Web/Application Servers

Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft

Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, RBAC, and access governance

Experience configuring and customizing IAM connectors and workflows

Experience installing and supporting IAM platforms on Windows and Unix/Linux environments

Familiarity with databases including Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and Sybase

Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills

Experience working in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, IT, or related field preferred

English language proficiency required

Nice-to-Have Skills:

SailPoint certifications (Engineer/Developer/IdentityIQ)

Experience with cloud IAM and hybrid identity environments

Familiarity with QA activities including test plans, automated testing, and performance testing

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience with governance, compliance, and audit-driven IAM implementations

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Exposure to IdentityNow or other IGA platforms is a plus  #LI-AS1
