We are currently looking for a SailPoint ISC / NERM Solution Architect to join KeyData’s Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, helping organizations modernize identity governance, secure third-party identities, and implement scalable cloud-first identity security solutions.

You will lead complex IAM transformation programs while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable identity architectures. What You’ll Do:

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint ISC and NERM solutions

Design scalable cloud-based identity governance and administration (IGA) architectures

Architect identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, access requests, RBAC, and policy governance solutions

Lead implementation of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions for vendors, contractors, consultants, and third-party users

Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, web services, and SailPoint connectors

Lead enterprise application onboarding across SaaS, cloud, API-based, and custom applications

Architect integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and HR systems

Conduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical advisory sessions with clients

Establish IAM governance standards, implementation best practices, and reusable frameworks

Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution scalability

Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Delivery teams to drive successful project execution

Develop architecture documentation, implementation strategies, and operational runbooks

Mentor engineers and implementation teams on SailPoint ISC and NERM best practices

Who We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or cloud identity architecture

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow

Strong experience with SailPoint NERM and third-party identity governance

Expertise in cloud IAM architecture, provisioning, lifecycle management, certifications, and access governance

Strong experience onboarding applications using OOTB, API-based, SaaS, and custom integrations

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, and cloud integration frameworks

Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud applications

Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity security, and compliance frameworks

Familiarity with scripting or development technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Java, or Python

Experience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments

Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills

Experience leading customer-facing architecture and implementation engagements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, IT, or related field preferred

English language proficiency required

Nice-to-Have Skills:

SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow certifications

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

Knowledge of identity threat detection and governance analytics

Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP identity services

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices

CISSP, TOGAF, or other security/architecture certifications

Experience leading enterprise IAM modernization or cloud migration initiatives  #LI-AS1
