Sales Development Representative
Meyer Lab is a leading industrial chemical manufacturer that has been innovating for over forty-six years. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their sales team, responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to schedule sales appointments, thereby driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs
- Schedule pre-qualified sales appointments for Outside Sales Managers
- Utilize company-provided tools and CRM software to manage leads and track outreach efforts
- Overcome objections effectively and build strong rapport with prospects
- Execute targeted email campaigns to nurture relationships and drive engagement
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call notes, lead status updates, and scheduled appointments
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including daily call targets, email outreach, appointment setting, and revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Development Teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership

- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or NetSuite preferred)
- Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work
- High-speed internet connection (employee-provided)
- Availability to work in-office several times per month as scheduled (unless approved for out-of-state work)
