Sales Development Representative (Health Tech)
Technology Digest inc is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their go-to-market efforts in the healthcare and government sectors. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship from leadership while focusing on lead generation and sales support activities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers including mental health clinics, hospitals, nonprofits, universities, and local government agencies
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales meetings
- Support sales presentations, demos, and proposals
- Track and manage leads in a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategy
- Gather prospect feedback to inform product and market direction
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Interest in health tech, SaaS, or government technology
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare, or technical background helpful)
