Salesforce Administrator, US (Remote)
Linnworks is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our global RevOps team!! This role is critical in developing innovative solutions to our most complex business problems.

As our Salesforce Administrator, you will develop and maintain our Salesforce instance and the relationships between our RevOps function and the key go-to-market divisions at Linnworks. Your experience as a Salesforce Admin in the SaaS space will ensure an efficient and best-in-class Salesforce instance, helping us scale on our growth journey.

This role is open to applicants living in the US Eastern or Central time zones who can work for any US employer without sponsorship.

In this role, you will :

Work closely with RevOps leaders to design & develop Salesforce-led solutions across our go-to-market functions (Sales, Marketing & Customer Operations) and deliver training to end users when required

Handle admin functions (user maintenance, page layouts, new field creation, mass management of data) in Salesforce

Gather detailed requests and feedback from the business for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes using best practice development methodologies as appropriate.

Automate processes using core Salesforce tools such as flows, approval processes and validation rules

Educate other team members on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce.

Manage and maintain admin rights and external systems connected to Salesforce (Maxio / Chargify / Pardot / plus others) and become the technical point of contact across the business.

Monitor Salesforce platform releases and liaise with Salesforce for issues and requests.

Required Experience :

3+ years in a position as a Certified Salesforce Admin

Experience in crafting Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and be strong in the creation and maintenance of Flows

Being focused and driven by solving problems and seeing results with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating business requirements into technical solutions and facilitating discussions between stakeholders and C-Level executives

Excellent attention to detail, organization skills and documentation / written abilities

Able to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines, and quickly update stakeholders on impact (potential or actual)

Be able to support developed solutions with documentation and process maps where required

Willingness to learn about and work with other technology platforms connected to Salesforce

Comfortable and experienced with agile ways of working

Required Certifications :

Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)

Desirable Certifications :

Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder

Certified Salesforce CPQ

Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
