Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics for groups of up to 50 volunteers
  • Lead compelling orientations
  • Use tools like PointApp and Google Sheets to track community impact
  • Maintain clean, safe worksites
  • Participate in hands-on building phases
  • Act as the primary point of contact for individual, nonprofit, and corporate volunteer groups
  • Support outreach and special events to boost local preparedness
  • Receive weekly coaching and site-specific training to build skills in project management and disaster recovery

Skills
