We are seeking a Seasonal Recruiter who can quickly identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates across a variety of roles. This position plays a critical role in maintaining hiring momentum during periods of increased workforce demand. 

Working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.

Your Mission: What Success Looks Like 
Your primary accountability is to attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates efficiently while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. 

Success in this role includes consistently achieving: 
🔹 Efficient Talent Acquisition 
Source and engage qualified candidates for open positions across the organization 
Maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs 
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking 
🔹 Recruitment Process Excellence 
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through offer stage 
Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit 
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers 
Support job offer discussions and hiring decisions 
🔹 Candidate Experience & Hiring Partnership 
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements 
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process 
Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience that reflects Health Advocate’s standards 
🔹 Recruitment Data & Compliance 
Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring activity metrics 
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations 
Utilize Workday to track recruitment activity, candidate status, and hiring progress 

What You’ll Do: Your Roadmap to Impact 
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development 
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates 
Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and outreach 
Build relationships with universities, community organizations, and professional associations to develop candidate pipelines 
Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination 
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates 
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate experience, skills, and role alignment 
Provide hiring recommendations and candidate insights to hiring managers 
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and internal teams 
Recruitment Lifecycle Management 
Manage all stages of the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage 
Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment processes 
Assist with offer discussions and hiring coordination 
Recruitment Systems & Reporting 
Utilize Workday or other applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information 
Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activity 
Track hiring metrics and provide updates to hiring managers and leadership as needed 
 Diversity & Talent Outreach 
Support initiatives that attract a diverse pool of candidates 
Utilize digital platforms and social media to expand candidate reach 
Participate in efforts to strengthen inclusive hiring practices

Minimum Qualifications 
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience. We value diverse career paths, and relevant work experience may substitute for formal education. Experience
2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, customer service, sales, workforce operations, or other people-focused roles involving relationship building, candidate evaluation, or hiring support.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience interacting with candidates, customers, or stakeholders in a professional and service-oriented capacity. Preferred Technical Skills
Experience using Workday or another applicant tracking system (ATS).

Familiarity with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, or networking platforms. Experience using digital tools or CRM-style systems to track interactions and progress. Other Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of recruitment processes or hiring coordination.

Knowledge of employment practices or HR compliance. Experience supporting high-volume hiring or seasonal workforce needs. Interest in inclusive hiring and expanding access to opportunity.
