A rapidly growing and ambitious company, Lingoda operates in both B2B and B2C: while the B2B business has a strong focus on the healthcare sector in Germany and a credible ambition to expand into other professions and geographies, Lingoda’s B2C business has a global presence, teaching German, English, Spanish, French, and Italian to students worldwide.
Learning a language with Lingoda is a rewarding experience, made possible by us Lingodies who support our students every step of the way. We’re committed to living the learning journey alongside them to create a world of connection and opportunity.

We are seeking an (Senior) Customer Success Manager (all genders) based in Berlin, Germany.

Your mission with us:
We are looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager who takes ownership of inbound customer requests and ensures a smooth end-to-end customer experience — from first inquiry to deal closing, onboarding, and ongoing support.

This role combines operational execution with process thinking: you will manage incoming requests, close smaller deals independently, and play a key role in supporting Key Account Managers on larger deals and implementations.

A big part of your role will be to build and improve processes as we scale — especially in situations where no clear structure exists yet. You should feel comfortable creating clarity, thinking from a customer perspective, and taking full ownership.

Your tasks:
Sales & Account Support

Independently close smaller deals and manage them in Hubspot

Support Key Account Managers on larger deals and enterprise customers

Assist in structuring deals and ensuring smooth internal coordination

Act as an operational backbone during complex sales processes

Customer Experience & Delivery

Manage and respond to inbound customer requests via email (ticket-like workflow)

Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers

Own the end-to-end customer journey from contract closing to successful course start

Process Building & Optimization

Build and improve processes where none exist yet

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in the customer journey

Develop scalable solutions to support future growth

You bring to Lingoda

Several years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a similar role

Fluent in German and English

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

Hands-on mentality with a willingness to dive into operational work

Strong experience with HubSpot

Structured thinking combined with a strong customer focus and communication skills

What you can expect from Lingoda:

Approachable leaders and transparent communication - every voice counts at Lingoda!

Company events and colleagues who are always happy to socialise + budgets towards team building events!

An inclusive environment with great team spirit and passion for languages

A well-structured and exciting onboarding process to set you up for success!

The possibility to work remotely from your home or in the office located in the heart of Berlin

Learning & development opportunities

Free access to our language classes
