Who We Are Looking For?

We're looking for a dashboard design expert who blends data insight with design instinct. You know how to build clean, intuitive, high-impact dashboards using tools like Qlik Sense or QlikView, and you bring the frontend skills—like HTML/CSS or templating know-how—to polish them to a professional finish. You understand not just how to show data, but how to communicate it visually, crafting dashboards that decision-makers love to use. You may come from a BI/analytics background, but your strengths lie in the way you structure, style, and present data-driven UIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dashboards using Qlik Sense or QlikView

  Work closely with stakeholders to turn business questions into clear, interactive visual stories

  Implement clean, responsive UI elements and templates using CSS, HTML, or frameworks like Bootstrap

  Reuse and adapt dashboard components for scalability and consistency

  Ensure UX best practices and data design principles are reflected in every screen

  Collaborate with dev teams and use Figma when needed for visual or design alignment

Requirements:

• 5+ years working with Qlik Sense or QlikView in a design/development capacity

  A great eye for UI/UX, dashboard layout, and responsive data presentation

  Strong CSS and HTML/template development skills to elevate dashboards from functional to beautiful

  Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and working with datasets for visualization

  Figma familiarity for design consistency and component alignment

  Visible experience: must provide a portfolio or example dashboards

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python for data integration or light scripting

  Familiarity with Azure or cloud BI pipelines

  Knowledge of Bootstrap or other frontend frameworks for rapid UI layout

  Comfort with modern BI/AI dashboard augmentation tools
