How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead strategic portfolio planning and prioritization across Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx), aligning departmental goals, investments, dependencies, and execution plans. Establish and mature the Portfolio & Program Management Office (PPMO), including governance, intake, prioritization, reporting standards, and scalable operating processes. Partner with Finance, Strategy, IT, and business leaders to support annual planning, CapEx and OpEx management, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
Advance organizational effectiveness through standardized portfolio tooling, planning cadences, executive reporting, and connected ways of working across GMDx teams. Build and develop a high-performing team and program management community through coaching, capability development, Agile/SAFe, waterfall practices, and continuous operations improvement initiatives.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
None Required.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, operations, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in operations, portfolio, or program management, preferably in large, matrixed organizations
Proven expertise in managing budgets, financial processes, and operational governance
Deep knowledge of program/portfolio management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall) and demonstrated success in value stream management
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
