Opportunity

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be a vital member of the leadership team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.  This role will report to the Controller and lead our external reporting requirements.  He/she will play a key role in the monthly close process, preparing bank and regulatory requirements, analyses, and schedules.

 

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst needs to be an agile, team-focused individual, with proven professionalism, who is comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential data, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

Manage the completion of quarterly reporting requirements for lenders, including:

Loan covenant and debt ratio calculations

Real property, rent, and lease schedules

Asset and construction-in-process schedules

Other supporting schedules as required by lender and private equity group

Submission of Annual and Quarterly financial requirements via online portal

Interface with key internal stakeholders and external financial partners and regulatory agencies

Complete monthly bank reconciliations across 14 cash accounts

Record bi-weekly payroll, including allocations across data centers

Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including debt, interest, and equity

Month-end close procedures, including journal entries, general ledger analyses

Create year-end audit schedules, as requested

Ad hoc analysis and special projects, as needed

 

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

Minimum of five years of relevant reporting and financial analysis experience

Net Suite experience is preferred

Experience in real estate and/or data center industry is beneficial

Experience working with financial institutions and regulatory agencies is beneficial 

Experience in data center, real estate, or construction industries is beneficial.

East coast location preferred.
