Growth Leads is an online lead generation company that acquires high-intent & high-quality users in some very competitive verticals, most notably iGaming, operating across traditional casino gambling & sports betting but also majorly in sweepstakes casinos and many new emerging verticals in the North America. On SEO, we focus on building high-end websites with quality content that let customers make an informed decision about the product they’re about to buy or sign-up to. On Paid Media, we focus on building and scaling innovative user acquisition and qualifying funnels that are cost-effective and provide our partners with players with a very high level of gambling or betting intent.
We operate in a variety of iGaming verticals in predominantly grey (Tier 1 2 & 3) but also tier 1 regulated markets.
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who has experience with a variety of ad platforms. Ideal candidate will be proficient in Social Media Advertising (Meta, Reddit, TikTok) and Programmatic Display & Native Ads. Knowledge of SEM is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in iGaming at an affiliate company for several years, creating and managing paid media campaigns from the ground up and is equally comfortable with large scale projects and experimental projects aimed at producing a proof of concept for scaling.
Your tasks
Develop and execute effective Paid Media campaign strategies to drive profitability and growth
Conduct keyword selection, , user persona profiling, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance on all media platforms
Oversee and optimize budgets, bids, and KPIs to maximize ROAS and meet profit targets
Ensure clean data tracking setup & monitor and report campaign performance to stakeholders, identifying issues and implementing solutions
Collaborate on new campaign ideas and stay updated on Paid Social/Programmatic trends, tools, and best practices
Maintain relationships with ad platforms and vendors to ensure smooth campaign operations & operating under best possible conditions
Required skills & experience
Extensive experience managing digital ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Reddit, TikTok, Display, Programmatic, Native…) in iGaming specifically
Skilled in goal-setting, team support, and optimizing performance through budget optimizations and audience targeting & profiling
Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and conversion optimization, with affiliate lead generation experience ideally
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, landing pages, conversion flows, and analytics tools
At least moderate knowledge of tracking codes & S2S postback tracking
Familiar with multiple ad platforms and basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, WordPress, and advanced Excel skills is a plus, but not mandatory
Excellent communication and analytical skills; BSc/BA in Marketing or related field preferred, ad platform certifications are plus
