We are now looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager – IoT Embedded Antennas (EMEA) to accelerate our growth across the EMEA region and strengthen our leadership in embedded antenna solutions for IoT applications.

Your Role

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technical B2B sales, a strong understanding of the European industrial and technology landscape, and a proven track record of driving design-in opportunities with OEMs and Tier 1 customers. This position requires a commercially driven leader capable of managing complex sales cycles and building long-term strategic partnerships.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with global teams across engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional revenue growth and expand market share across assigned EMEA territories

Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy aligned with global objectives and local market conditions

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including C-level stakeholders, OEMs, system integrators, and design partners

Expand and manage distribution and channel partnerships to maximize market reach

Identify and develop new business opportunities across verticals such as: Industrial automation, Smart metering, Automotive, Asset tracking

Lead technical-commercial engagements, including RFQ management, contract negotiations, and customer onboarding

Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and competitive market intelligence

Represent Ignion at industry events, trade shows, and executive-level customer meetings

Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to cross-regional initiatives

What You Bring

Education & Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field

Experience working with distributors, contract manufacturers, and indirect sales channels

Solid understanding of design-in cycles from concept to mass production

Experience using CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience in B2B technical sales (IoT, embedded antennas, RF technology, or related fields)

Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar pipelines and complex, long sales cycles

Strong knowledge of the European market and established network within relevant industries

Experience with embedded hardware, antenna solutions, or wireless technologies (e.g., NB-IoT, LTE-M, LoRa, BLE)

Fluent in English
