Responsibilities:
Motivate the team to achieve sales targets

Meet and exceed sales targets

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

Manage complex negotiations

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals

Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries

Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field

5 years of experience in B2B Sales

Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn

Good communication and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software

Preferred industry experience in Software, Electronics, IOT, Automotive

Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office

Own car and valid driving license

Experience in team management

Strong command of English
