Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and managing a B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market. You'll engage with international clients, offering innovative cross-border payment and account opening solutions. This role offers a chance to work independently, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and maintaining relationships, all while working closely with internal compliance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage B2B sales pipeline within the Asia-focused market

Identify and attract new clients interested in cross-border payment and account opening solutions

Conduct full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and relationship management

Build partnerships with international businesses, PSPs, agents, and financial partners

Work closely with internal compliance and operations teams during onboarding processes

Participate in conferences, networking events, and business meetings

Maintain CRM records, sales reporting, and pipeline forecasting

Requirements
2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or B2B financial sales

Strong understanding of cross-border payments, account opening, or financial infrastructure products

Experience working with international clients and Asian markets

Russian language proficiency and good English communication skills, as the role involves communication with international clients

Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
