Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager for the US market, you'll be at the forefront of expanding the company's influence in the crypto industry. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. You'll have the opportunity to independently drive outreach and secure significant accounts, making a substantial impact on the company's growth.

Your ability to build a pipeline from scratch and represent the company at major US crypto conferences will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Independently reach out to and close Tier 1 US accounts, including wallets, exchanges, and Web3 protocols

Build a sales pipeline from the ground up, without support from SDR or inbound channels

Represent the company at major US crypto conferences such as Consensus and Token2049 US

Transition closed accounts to the Account Management team after onboarding

Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in the CRM system

Provide structured product feedback based on US market signals

Requirements
Proven track record of closing large B2B deals with a turnover of $1M+, able to describe each deal end-to-end

Established network with Tier 1 US crypto/Web3 decision-makers

Hunter mentality with a history of successful outbound sales and pipeline building from zero

Ability to solve complex problems and navigate non-standard compliance, product-fit, and onboarding challenges autonomously

Knowledge of the crypto/Web3 industry, understanding the US ecosystem, key players, and on/off-ramp dynamics

Physically based in a major US crypto hub (NYC, Miami, SF)
