About the Role

We are expanding our Custom Home Building franchise platform and hiring a Senior SDR to generate and qualify franchise expansion opportunities through cold outbound prospecting.

This is a pure outbound role.

No inbound leads.

No marketing handoffs.

No warm pipeline.

You will be identifying, engaging, and qualifying established residential construction operators completing 5–50 jobs per year and booking high-quality demos directly for our Director of Franchising.

This role is highly rewarding — and fully performance-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cold calling residential contractors and construction company owners

    Cold email and LinkedIn outreach

    Identifying decision-makers (founders / owners)

    Opening strategic expansion conversations

    Qualifying based on production volume, team structure, and growth intent

    Booking fully qualified demos for the Director of Franchising

    Managing your own outbound pipeline

    You are the top of the funnel.

    You control your results.

        Ideal Background

        • 2+ years B2B SDR/BDR experience

          Proven success in cold outbound roles

          Experience booking demos for high-ticket sales preferred

          Strong qualification skills

          Disciplined, self-managed, competitive
