Join Our Team: Senior UX Designer

Mozaiq is looking for a sharp, experienced Senior UX Designer to support web-based design and conversion-focused experiences across a range of marketing-driven digital projects.

This is a freelance, hourly role—ideal for someone who combines strategic UX thinking with strong attention to detail, and who’s comfortable working with both global teams and US-based stakeholders.

About the Role

You’ll lead UX strategy and execution for client websites and landing pages—designing intuitive, responsive, and high-converting experiences that support brand and marketing goals. You’ll bring structure and clarity to complex information, while collaborating with marketers, developers, and project managers across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, flows, and user journeys

Build and iterate responsive UX frameworks for websites and landing pages

Develop and refine site structures and page-level hierarchies

Collaborate with designers and developers to hand off dev-ready design logic

Run usability testing and refine concepts based on data and feedback

Advocate for smart UX decisions that align with conversion goals and design best practices

Work with existing design systems and improve modular UX documentation where needed

✅ Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio that shows your thinking (not just finished screens)

Expertise in Figma and interactive prototyping tools

Comfortable working with design systems and UX pattern libraries

Solid understanding of front-end dev needs and how to hand off clearly

Strong communication and assertiveness—especially in async/remote environments

Fluent in English and able to present to internal teams and clients when needed

Available to overlap with US-based stakeholders between 18:00–20:30 CET
