Service Coordinator
The Linchpin Co. is a people operations group offering custom recruitment and consulting services, and they are seeking a Service Coordinator for SWK Mechanical. The role involves managing scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, invoicing, payroll preparation, and ordering materials for preventative maintenance jobs.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage work orders in Service Fusion
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of technicians
- Order and track materials for preventative maintenance
- Generate/process invoices; sync to QuickBooks after approval
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts
- Verify weekly timesheets and process payroll in Payworks
- Support customer communication (confirmations, approvals, reminders)
Skills
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or service industries is a plus
- Comfortable using Service Fusion, QuickBooks Online, Payworks
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a 24/7 environment
