Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Site Management Administrator (SMA) who will ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service. The SMA will support both the Project Team and Clinical Trials Investigator sites from study set-up to close-out, handling day-to-day activities and various tasks as defined by the Project Team or ACM client.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the issue and QC of Alert notifications
  • Supports site day-to-day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issuing on-demand patient reports and manages alert notifications as required by the study
  • Supports and performs set up duties for investigator sites at the start of a clinical trial, as well as supports site day to day activities with answering incoming phone calls and emails, issue on-demand patient reports
  • Provides web portal account login information and support for end users
  • Supports all subcontractor results and data entry into ACM LIMS database
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree in preferred in health care or a scientific concentration
  • Experience from laboratory and/or highly regulated environments
  • Proficiency with desktop publishing, word processing, and ACM LIS & LIMS systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively influence others, work in a team environment, and to collaborate across lines of business and functions
