Job Description:

Responsibilities:  

Solution Architecture & Design Review 

Review and validate solution architecture aligned with Microsoft Power Platform best practices 

Analyze Power Apps, Power Automate flows, connectors, Azure components, and data sources 

Identify hidden dependencies (e.g., SharePoint lists, unmanaged connectors, shadow accounts, custom scripts) 

Security Assessment 

Evaluate environment and tenant-level security settings 

Review authentication and access control models 

Analyze data connectors usage, ensuring compliance (no unauthorized external connectors) 

Assess data storage and data movement patterns 

Data Governance & Compliance 

Classify data (internal, confidential, regulated) 

Ensure alignment with retention, audit, and compliance policies 

Performance & Scalability 

Analyze expected load, concurrency, and data volumes 

Identify Power Platform scaling constraints and performance bottlenecks 

Evaluate flows, triggers, and system behavior under load 

Recommend improvements (e.g., migration to Dataverse or Azure-backed services) 

Maintainability & Operational Excellence 

Assess and improve Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices 

Ensure proper use of managed solutions and deployment pipelines 

Evaluate documentation quality (functional, technical, operational) 

Implement monitoring and alerting across apps, flows, connectors, and Azure components 

Ensure dependency mapping to prevent breaking changes 

Licensing & Cost Optimization 

Validate Power Platform licensing requirements (including premium features) 

Analyze Azure resource consumption (Functions, Logic Apps, storage, triggers) 

Identify and recommend cost optimization opportunities 

Risk Management & Deliverables 

Provide high-level risk assessment ranked by severity 

Define urgent fixes and immediate actions 

Develop mid-term stabilization and improvement plan 

Qualifications:

Requirements:  

Experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead within Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem 

Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integrations 

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and Microsoft best practices 

Hands-on experience with solution architecture design, system integrations, and dependency mapping 

Strong knowledge of security models, authentication mechanisms, and tenant-level configurations 

Experience in data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks 

Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and sensitivity labels 

Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and system bottleneck analysis 

Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)  

Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational support models 

Strong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and propose remediation plans 

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Upper-Intermediate English level. 

Nice to Have:  

Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) 

Experience working with large-scale enterprise environments 

Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments 

Understanding compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, etc.) 

Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, CI/CD pipelines) 

Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure
