Spatial Data Analyst
Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm, and they are seeking a Spatial Data Analyst to join their Space Management team. The role involves solving business problems by analyzing complex data sets, creating reports, and coordinating with various teams to optimize portfolio and logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate space data according to defined standards
- Create exception reports and oversee the validation and update process
- Process data change requests
- Create quarterly cost allocation report and oversee the validation of the allocation data
- Create ad-hoc reporting as requested
- Assist with metrics analysis and reporting in conjunction with the analytics team
- Assist with monthly and quarterly service line reporting
- Assist with documentation of new CAD/CAFM and data governance processes
- Work within PowerBI/TRIANA for trending, analytics reports, and headcount allocation
- Maintain work instructions for service line processes
