Specialist-OSP Analyst

As a Specialist-Outside Plant (OSP) Analyst, you will provide project support for outside plant engineering and construction efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to engineering and construction personnel by collecting and verifying data required to complete outside plant engineering and construction tasks
- Examine project documentation related to outside plant functions. Ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Assist in preparation of records, statistics and reports regarding outside plant functions
- Maintain data integrity of certain outside plant related tools
- Evaluate and recommend changes in method and procedures in assigned area of responsibility
Skills
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience
- 1+ years of utility construction – AND/OR - engineering experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new tools (i.e.: GIS, UTS, Clarity, etc.) as they are deployed
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, able to work with minimal supervision
- SAP Experience/knowledge
- 1+ years of telecommunications experience
- Project Management experience/exposure
