JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
This position will serve as a Team Leader in School-Based Services with primary responsibilities of supervising a team of school-based therapists. The team leader will report to the Program Coordinator for School-Based/CCFT services. This position requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or counseling.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative oversight for School-Based therapists to include caseload management, handling of referrals, monitoring productivity, and offering guidance and support (ideally 8-10 administrative staff)
Attend administrative oversight with Program Coordinator
Network with school administrators to ensure a supportive and productive environment for staff and maintain positive relationships with the administrators at the school district level
Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
Complete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure appropriate onboarding and training for all new staff
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other clinical staff and leaders within Centerstone in order to better facilitate services for clients
Complete random client satisfaction surveys as directed
Assist in trouble shooting with School-Based therapists to ensure their success in providing services
Develop strategy for coverage of caseloads when a school therapist position is vacant
Conduct staff evaluations at intervals determined for all staff on the team

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
A Master’s degree is required in one of the following fields: Clinical Psychology, Mental Health (MH) Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or a specialization in MH Counseling
License-eligible in respective discipline preferred.
OR
Applicants with a Master’s degree in a related field (outside of the disciplines listed above) must meet the following criteria:Completion of at least 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, social work, counseling, or other behavioral health-related coursework.
Relevant coursework and work experience in the following areas:Clinical treatment and treatment planning
Appraisal and assessment of mental disorders
Psychopathology
Use of the DSM for diagnostic purposes within a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health setting
Years of Experience
Supervisory experience is preferred and/or experience providing behavioral health services with children and teens.
Certification/Licensure
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet eligibility requirements to be covered under the organization's vehicle insurance policy.

$46,000.00--$64,470.00
