Tech Lead Developer Experience

Remote, USA
Posted Jun 13, 2026
Full-time

Our R&D team gathers 80+ engineers divided into 15+ product and tech squads. The product squads are paramount to 360Learning’s response to our increasingly demanding customers and are strategic players for the growth of the company. The tech squads (DevOps, Data, Architect and Developer Experience) are here to support them and scale the infrastructure to millions of monthly active users.

The DX squad motto is to “Make Product Squad developers’ lives easier, let them focus on shipping better code, faster”. To do that, they work on the codebase, the build process, the CI pipeline, the functional test environment, and all parts of the dev tooling, including a strong emphasis on the AI coding tools.

As a Technical Lead you will:

be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (you can then redirect to another member of the squad)

be  the coach for the other developers of the squad (do Performance reviews and Career Path assessments)

keep coding since management will take ~20% of your time
