This role is responsible for leading software development initiatives that drive innovation and high-quality delivery across Clario’s technology landscape. As a technical leader, you will guide engineering teams, influence architecture decisions, and contribute hands-on to solving complex technical challenges that support our mission of transforming clinical trials and improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end software development efforts from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions

    Act as a technical mentor within the Scrum team, guiding discussions, architectural decisions, and resolving technical conflicts

    Champion Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to drive team efficiency and delivery excellence

    Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and development best practices

    Solve complex technical problems through hands-on development, debugging, and system design

    Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs

    Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and process enhancements

    Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

    Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with experience in a technical leadership role preferred

    Proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, C#, Python, Java, Angular

    Strong proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

    Experience with AI assistant software

    Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities

    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship abilities
